The same photo in John's baby book was labeled: Taken at Bryant, July 1913. Bryant is a small town about ten miles south of the McLaren home near Vienna, South Dakota. The two previous photos of John, in the John D. Gallery, were taken at the same session.
John was born April 13, 1912.
Elsie was born July 24, 1905.
