"My Man" John - July 1913
Caption in Tookie's album: John D. McLaren.
"My Man!" is written at the lower right corner of the original photo in white ink.
The same photo in John's baby book was labeled: Taken at Bryant, July 1913. Bryant is a small town about ten miles south of the McLaren home near Vienna, South Dakota.
John was born in April, 1912.
Notice the size of his hand. He did turn out to be a large human.
