Martha Elizabeth "Tookie" Winchester - 1929
Tookie is seventeen in this picture. 1929 is the year she met her future husband, John McLaren. I'm going to assume he received the "With love" inscription.
In later years my mother wasn't always comfortable being known as "Tookie." That doesn't seem to be a problem here, judging by her signature on the photo.
