The caption on the back says: "Photo of Minnie C. Dixon." The caption is signed "Mrs. Alfred H. Fisher."
"Mrs. Alfred H. Fischer" is actually Sarah Ellen Dixon, Mary Celia's younger sister, but that's a long story (related in the discussion of the Dixon family under "Our Other Ancestors)
There is also a stamp on the back for Melander Brothers Photography, 88 N. Clark Street, Chicago. The Dixons lived in Chicago until Mary Celia was two years old.
